Notice It Surface Solutions, LLC ("Notice It," "we," "us") provides floor coatings, concrete surface preparation and floor care. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request an estimate, use our customer services or communicate with us.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, project measurements, photos, service preferences, messages and estimate or appointment details. We also maintain customer records, accepted estimates, agreements, service history, billing records and communication preferences. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use information to review requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, send project updates, manage customer accounts and billing, respond to questions, honor communication preferences and maintain business records. Promotional texts, if offered, require separate permission; requesting an estimate or providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in promotional texting.
Text messages and your choices
If you opt in to text messages from Notice It Surface Solutions, we may send messages about your inquiry, estimates, appointments, services, invoices and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact sales@noticeitsurfaces.com or 734-206-2449. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service agreement; contact us to arrange another way to receive essential updates.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are excluded from any sharing of customer information for third-party marketing. We may provide the limited information needed to service providers that help deliver our messages, acting on our behalf and not for their own marketing.

Service providers and other disclosures
We use providers such as Housecall Pro for estimate requests, scheduling, customer records, the customer portal and communications, and providers for website hosting, email and payment processing. They process information needed to provide those services. The estimate request and customer login links take you to Housecall Pro, which has its own privacy policy. Payment details submitted to a payment provider are handled through that provider's systems.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud or maintain security. This does not authorize sharing SMS consent or opt-in information for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and linked services
Our website and linked services may use cookies or similar technology for essential functionality and security. You can manage cookies in your browser. Housecall Pro's booking and portal services apply their own cookie and privacy practices. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' policies.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to perform services, maintain consent and opt-out records, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to customer information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your requests

We may verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, service or opt-out requirements. Any privacy rights available under applicable law remain in effect.
Children's information
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
