Four floor systems to discuss
For a service bay, showroom, maintenance area or storage space, share the expected foot and equipment traffic, spill exposure and cleaning practices. The system should match the work the floor needs to support.
Solid Color / High-Solids Epoxy
A consistent color for a straightforward finished surface. Discuss the coating build, topcoat and cleaning needs for your floor.
Decorative Flake / Polyaspartic
A multicolor flake finish with a polyaspartic finish option. Choose the blend and surface texture with your project team.
Metallic / Custom Designer Epoxy
A flowing, custom decorative appearance. Review samples, lighting and design expectations; every installed pattern varies.
Quartz-Filled Epoxy
An epoxy system incorporating quartz aggregate. Discuss the texture and cleaning routine appropriate to the space.
The final recommendation depends on the slab, moisture, exposure, traffic and your design goals. Texture can be tailored, but no floor is slip-proof. Return-to-use timing is confirmed for the selected system and site conditions.

Plan around your operations
The walkthrough reviews concrete wear, old coatings, cracks, contamination and moisture. Let us know about rolling loads, chemicals, washdown areas or other operating conditions so they can be considered in the proposal. Performance depends on the selected products and written scope.
Agree on boundaries, access, staging and any floor markings before work starts. Discuss phasing and return-to-service requirements with your team; cure times and scheduling depend on the system and conditions.
Concrete repair, resurfacing and leveling can be assessed alongside coatings. Commercial cleaning and degreasing are also available as a distinct service when your existing surface needs care rather than replacement.
