SMS Terms

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the Notice It Surface Solutions text messaging program. They do not replace the project terms in your accepted estimate or service agreement.

What we text about

After you opt in, Notice It Surface Solutions may send text messages about your estimate request, appointments, project scheduling, service updates, estimates, invoices and customer support. Promotional offers, if offered, require a separate promotional opt-in and are not included just because you requested an estimate or agreed to service messages.

Consent and frequency

Texting consent is voluntary. Providing a phone number alone does not give permission for promotional texts. You may request an estimate or purchase services without agreeing to promotional texts, and may contact us to arrange phone or email updates instead of service texts. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. For support, contact sales@noticeitsurfaces.com or 734-206-2449. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment, accepted estimate or service agreement. If you want to resume texts, contact us or follow the opt-in instructions provided by our messaging service.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process the information needed to deliver messages on our behalf.

Delivery and phone numbers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier, device and network availability. Only opt in using a number you are authorized to use, and tell us if your number changes. For an urgent scheduling or service question, call 734-206-2449.
