A laundry room, home gym, and workshop put different demands on a floor. Tell us about equipment, foot traffic, cleaning, and any history of dampness. That information helps define the finish, preparation, and practical requirements of your basement project.
Is an epoxy floor suitable for every basement?
No coating should be selected without looking at the concrete and moisture conditions. A basement with water intrusion or other unresolved moisture concerns may need corrective work before a coating project can proceed.
What should I clear before the work starts?
Discuss stored items, furniture, appliances, stairs, and access during the estimate. The agreed scope should state who moves items and which areas need to remain clear during preparation, installation, and curing.
Can a basement floor be coated in winter?
A conditioned interior may be suitable, provided the selected system’s application and curing requirements can be maintained. We assess the space and schedule around those conditions.
